- Run the program
- From there select ‘split single file’ option

- Finally, split button is to be selected after which the criteria will be asked for date, size, email ID or simply select and split
- Specify a location for storage of files
Resulting from the above, pst split by date and year you will find the file containing list of emails received from particular user during given span of time. this way you can split file irrespective of their size outlook version, as outlook 2007, 2003, 2002, 2000 etc all are supported.
